Mr. Jean-Robert Martin,
President and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Martin is a recognized authority with a distinguished 46 year career in defense and security related technology initiatives.
Mr. Martin previously served as general manager of Thales SA defense activities – including airborne and space systems, land and joint systems, as well as naval systems and air defense.
Mr. Martin also serves as a director of Thales Airborne Systems (a subsidiary of Thales SA), which is involved with optical components primarily sold in the United Kingdom, Germany and Singapore, and SIRA, a private French company involved with machining aerospace high technology mechanical assemblies. He is also a director of X-PM, a Paris-headquartered, private interim management company with primary operations in France and the People’s Republic of China. |

Major General Khalid Abdulla Mubarak Al Buainnain,
Vice President Middle East Military and Defense Security
Major General Khalid Abdulla Mubarak Al Buainnain is former Commander in Chief of the UAE Air Force and Air Defense. He is responsible for developing business operations in the AGCC (Arab Gulf Cooperative Council) and the extended MENA (Middle East North Africa) region.
Major General Khalid, comes to 4C Controls after a distinguished 32 year career with the United Arab Emirates Air Force and Air Defense, ultimately rising to the rank of Major General, Commander in Chief of the UAE Air Force and Air Defense. In addition to his military experience, Major General Khalid has also served as a member and team leader for bilateral senior government discussions between the UAE and many foreign countries. During his military service, General Khalid managed and led multi-billion dollar programs for the UAE Government, relating to:
- Satellites and satellite images;
- Aircraft and systems acquisition with France, the U.S., and Russia;
- System integration and system engineering;
- Airborne and land based secured network systems;
- Advanced information technologies and IT security;
- Remote sensing / space command and control.
In addtion, he was responsible for the creation and development of the first R&D faculties in the UAE. |

Mr. Anastasios Angeloglou,
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Angeloglou previously served as CEO of OTE International Solutions (“OTEGlobe”) and Chief Officer of Wholesale Services for Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation S.A. (NYSE: “OTE”).
Before his tenure with OTE Group, Mr Angeloglou between 1996 to 2000 was CEO of Global One Communications Hellas S.A., the joint venture of France Telecom, Deutsche Telekom & US Sprint, now France Telecom.
Between 1991 and 1996, he held senior positions with Infonet Services Corporation Ltd. responsible for the company’s sales in European, M.East & Africa, and global business development. Between 1985 and 1991, he held telecommunications engineering and project management positions with Exxon Chemical International Ltd., S.I.T.A., and Philips International B.V.
Mr Angeloglou was born in 1959 in Greece and he is a graduate of London University, with postgraduate studies in Wales and Belgium, in the fields of Computer Science & Mathematics, and Networks Systems Engineering. |

Mr. Olivier de Vergnies,
Director and
Member of the Executive Committee
Mr. de Vergnies has previously served as Vice President, Head of the Middle East Division of Dexia Private Bank (Switzerland), Geneva from 2004-2008, where he was responsible for Middle Eastern high net worth individuals, business acquisition and retention process, as well as the development of new financial structured products ideas and innovative private asset allocation.
From 2000-2004 Mr. de Vergnies served Dexia Bank, Luxembourg as Vice President, Head of Strategy & Alliances where he was responsible for the marketing strategy and product development for Middle East clients segments across Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Jersey and the United Kingdom.
Mr. de Vergnies served as Global Strategic Coordinator for the Dexia Private Banking Group Executive Committee and managed the joint ventures optimization process with Banco Popular in Spain, multi-channel distribution, market watch process, international and internal communication. |

Dr. Riccardo Maggiora,
Director and Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Maggiora serves on the Company’s Board of Directors and as Chief Technology Officer of the Company.
Dr. Maggiora is an Associate Professor and member of Antenna and Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory (LACE) at the Politecnico di Torino, Italy (“Polito”). Dr Maggiora has more than ten years of experience in designing and accomplishing the realization of a variety of radar and image processing systems.
Dr Maggiora is the inventor of patented technologies in the area of ground intrusion detection radar. |

Mr. Peter Panayotou,
Vice President, Corporate Governance and Strategy
Up until March 31, 2009, Mr. Panayotou was the acting CEO of Cassidy & Associates Southeast Europe, part of Cassidy & Associates of Washington D.C, the leading lobbying firm of the USA, Mr. Panayotou having been responsible for the 15 countries that make up the Southeast Europe and Balkan region.
Prior to this position, over the last decade Mr. Panayotou held senior management and advisory positions relating to the satellite, security, defense and telecommunications industries in Europe.
He has extensive experience relating to new and specialized high tech technologies in niche markets, having started in the telecommunications industry, being a pioneer in designing and building PC-based telecommunication software and hardware switches, launching the first switch based call back operation between North America and Europe. |

Mr. Philippe Aubay,

Mr. Aubay has over 45 years of aerospace industry experience. He was in charge of the electrical system for Asterix, the first French satellite launched by the French launcher, Diamant A in 1965.
Since 2004, Mr. Aubay has been a Senior Consultant for space business.
He is member of the International Academy of Aeronautic and Astronautic and eminent member of the Association Aeronautic and Astronautic of France.
In 1986, he received from the French President the award “Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur” after the success of the SPOT program. |

Ms. Anne-Marie Pérus,

Ms. Pérus has over 30 years’ executive experience in the aerospace and defense industries. She has recently served as CEO of Global Security for EADS DS.
Ms. Pérus holds degrees from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace – Toulouse, the HEC Management Paris, the Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale, and the Institut National des Hautes Etudes de Sécurité. Ms. Pérus has been awarded the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur”. |

Mr. Jean-Louis Recordon,
Business Control Committee

Mr. Recordon serves the Company as Director of 4CASST, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company which focuses on pipelines, borders and national strategic assets surveillance, advanced tracking systems for harbor and port security, and sensitive data protection.
A former Colonel in the French Gendarmerie, Mr Recordon has since 1998 been Advisor to Matra Communication Company, which became the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS), one of the world’s largest aerospace and defense consortiums. |

Dr. Augustine Fou, Director
Dr. Fou serves as an independent director of the Company. Dr. Fou earned his doctorate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Department of Materials Science and Engineering, with a minor in the Management of Technology from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
Dr. Fou earned his BS summa cum laude in Chemistry from the University of Dallas. Dr. Fou has served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Dr. Fou is a founder of go-Digital Internet Consulting Group, Inc. and the Marketing Science Consulting Group, Inc. Dr. Fou is Senior Vice President, Digital Lead of MRM Worldwide, a McCann WorldGroup company. |

Dr. Philip Hayden, Vice President, Security Assessment & Threat Analysis
Dr. Hayden is responsible for the assembly and oversight of the Company's security assessment team. He has over four decades of experience in law enforcement, military, counter-terrorism and security and surveillance.
Dr. Hayden comes to 4C Controls after a distinguished career with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation. Earlier he served in United States Army, where he received training in infantry and demolitions and went through airborne, ranger, pathfinder, jungle and sniper schools. He received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star for Valor and the Distinguished Service Cross for his heroic actions in Vietnam.
Since the early 1970s, Dr. Hayden worked as a Supervisory Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a case agent where he was involved in criminal cases, organized crime, and foreign counterintelligence. He also served as a program manager and tactical instructor at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
During the past decade, Dr. Hayden has used his knowledge and experience as an expert witness specializing in areas of law enforcement such as use of force, arrest procedures and tactical training. He has coordinated and directed training for police officers and designed programs for national and international police officer safety and survival courses. He has also lectured and been a keynote and motivational speaker at national and international police conferences, colleges and universities. |
